Problem
When creating a Hive Server 2 Connection in Datameer, the user completes all the required fields and then clicks Save. The next page doesn't load for several minutes and the following exception is logged in the conductor.log

Cause
The cause is unknown.
Solution
In one environment, this issue was worked around by restarting the Datameer application. Before restarting the service, Collect Data for Root Cause Analysis.
If restarting Datameer doesn't resolve the issue or further debugging is required, contact Datameer Technical Support with a copy of the conductor.log
files demonstrating the exception and the additionally collected data.
