Email Notification Link Is Broken

Problem

Upon receiving an email notification from Datameer that my job has completed, I attempt to click on the direct link to see my job and the link opens a browser window that fails to connect.

Cause

A configuration file was not adjusted and the default value for the system address is still present. 

Solution

The URL for Datameer must be set in <datameer>/conf/live.properties:

live.properties:# Define the address and port used to connect to DATAMEER.
live.properties:system.property.server.address=127.0.0.1:8088

Adjust this base path to reflect your environment's configuration and the links supplied in your notification emails will be functional.
