Adding/Creating a Tag Word for an Artifact Failed (Error 500)

Problem

Receiving an error message (500) when trying to create a new tag word for an artifact in Datameer.

Cause

When two or more of the same tag are entered simultaneously, one of the tag words will fail.

This is because when creating a tag, the system uses SQL insert and all subsequent uses of the tag word uses SQL update.

Solution

The user who received the error message should re-enter the tag word.
