A Workspace is Spotlight's project space. Every Spotlight page has a Find tool with a green magnifying glass to help you find Spotlight assets. Use the Find tool and locate the workspace you are interested in. On the workspace page, you can drill into various assets located under Data&Documents, Apps sections.
