unable to share infographic outside Datameer

Hello Datameer,

I am trying to share an inforgraphic to public(outside the Datameer server) but not able to do so. I also made the URL public under sharing options.

I am also not sure about how users, group works under Admin Tab to share the same. Do I need to configure email server as well?

Please let me know the view on these.

  Hello Pavan.

  The easiest way to share your infographic is to tick in Make it Public box at artefact's details and use provided URL.

  As far as I understand you've already tried this option. What error message appears when you try to access this URL in a browser?

  Regarding common approach for artefacts sharing, you might be interested in our support article, it contains clarification concerning sharing approach in a Workbook example.
