Getting "Failed to convert value 0 to type DATE" error but there is a date value in the field

Hello,

I am getting the following error, ValidationException: Failed to convert value 0 to type DATE or invalid date pattern MM/dd/yyyy, but there is a date in the field. I looked at the Source Column listed in the error log but the value is 10/19/2015 which is the same format as the other 3 million records which come in without an error.

Side question, it says this error is repeated 2 times but I cannot see the other record to do more investigation. Is there another way to view all of the dropped records in a file upload?

  Follow up question...if it says repeated 2 times, does that mean on the same record? Is that why there is no other record showing up?

  Disregard: I solved this problem. It was related to my other question about quote characters. There are quotes in this row that caused my data to shift.
