Cannot Open Datameer, Error
Every time I go open Datameer, I receive the following error message:
"The JVM could not be started. The maximum heap size (-Xmx) might be too large or an antivirus or firewall tool could block the execution."
I do not know how to fix this issue, please assist me so that I can access my Datameer license.

I have included a link to our knowledge base that discusses this error in detail. Please follow the steps listed in the article and let me know if this resolves your issue:
The file datameer.vmoptions can usually be opened by right clicking and selecting "Open With" and then selecting your desired text editor.
Within this file, please find the -Xmx parameter and set this to 512m.
If the issue persists after setting this parameter, please temporarily disable any running antivirus to isolate if that is the cause for this error.
