Datameer not opening - stuck on loading screen

    Hello! This is likely due to you having been issued a 32-bit version of Datameer for windows.

    This is typically resolved by downloading and installing the appropriate version for your OS, in this case, 64-bit.

    I have reached out to you via a direct email and provided a link. Once you complete the automatic update by installing the fresh download, I believe you should be up and running.

    I might be having a similar issue (ticket logged:
    When downloading the Datameer local version, neither the download nor the installation prompted to choose a 32 or 64-bit version. Where can I find the x64 version of the client?

    The link worked perfectly and I am now able to open Datameer and work in it without any problems. I really appreciate the quick response!
