Filtering top records

Hi !

I would like to sort and hence filter my top N records .

I was able to sort but I am unable to filter for top/bottom N records. Since the data present is sample I find it quite tedious to process the entire workbook , look for the N th record value and apply the corresponding filter.

Is there an alternative scalable method?

  I figured it out by using Optional option under Sort function.

  Right, apart from selecting the top N values from a group you can limit the number of results returned by entering a maximum number during sorting the data.
