How can I get workbook location from DAP DB tables

Hi,

I've a requirement to display workbook id, name and its location by using DAP db tables. I can get id and name but I'm having hard time to get the location. I tired FOLDER table buts its nested with id and parent_folder_fk. Not sure how can I get this details. Can someone have this in SQL format?
