Export of TDSX files: Time stamps have only hours 1 - 12

When I export tables in format TDSX all the time stamps have only hours 1 - 12. The date format specified is yyyy-MM-dd HH:mm:ss But I do not see any timestamps in Tableau with hours 13 - 23.
