How to Use the Browser Filter to Search for Specific Artifacts

Find a specific artifact from the Datameer browser interface.

When you log into Datameer and switch to the Browser tab, you might not be sure where to find one of the artifacts you are looking for. Locate the Filter icon in the left pane.

Example 1: To locate a particular workbook:

1. Click the arrow to the left of the Filter icon.
2. Click the arrow to the left of the icon By File Type.
3. Click Workbooks, which displays all the workbooks in the right pane.
4. Click on a column header such as Name to sort and find the artifact you are interested in.

 Example 2: To locate which artifacts completed with status of "Error":

1. Click the arrow to the left of the Filter icon.
2. Click the arrow to the left of the icon By Status.
3. Click Error, which shows in right pane the artifacts that gave errors when they were last executed.
