Request an audit trail to track changes in the system.
When you might want to request an audit trail:
- Data is missing.
- Unexpected changes have occurred.
- Security concerns.
Level of access required: Users must have access to all artifacts on which they'd like information.
To request an audit trail
1) Submit a support ticket via Zendesk requesting an audit trail.
2) In the support ticket, provide a time window for the period of the audit.
