How can I create a cross join sheet?

I am trying to create a cross join between Store ID and Date so that I get all the combinations which I want to in turn join with another sheet and get a time continuous profile for each store.

  Silesh - It seems that this other Community post addresses this: https://datameer.zendesk.com/hc/communities/public/questions/202328844-Cartesian-Product-one-paired-with-many

  In that instance, the reporter referred to a Cartesian Product instead of a cross join, but the technique is the same.
