Datameer not opening - stuck on loading screen
Whenever I go to open Datameer 5.9.4, it opens the loading screen (blue screen with spinning blue loading bar) and hangs at that screen for a few minutes before just closing automatically. Does anyone know how to fix this issue? I can't even open my Datameer program.
For your reference, I am running Windows 7 Professional (64-bit). I have allowed Datameer through my firewall and my anti-virus is not blocking the program either.

Hello! This is likely due to you having been issued a 32-bit version of Datameer for windows.
This is typically resolved by downloading and installing the appropriate version for your OS, in this case, 64-bit.
I have reached out to you via a direct email and provided a link. Once you complete the automatic update by installing the fresh download, I believe you should be up and running.

I might be having a similar issue (ticket logged: https://datameer.zendesk.com/hc/en-us/requests/8818).
When downloading the Datameer local version, neither the download nor the installation prompted to choose a 32 or 64-bit version. Where can I find the x64 version of the client?
