JIRA Connection

 Hi,

I'm accessing the cloud instance of the tool. I am trying to create a new connection and selecting JIRA as the application. After putting in my credentials along with host and port and root path, i get a 404 not found error. Can anybody help?

  It's important to verify that there is a connection between the Datameer Cloud instance and the JIRA instance itself. Are you able to ping between the two servers? Specifically, when connected from the Datameer server are you able to ping to the JIRA instance?
